Graphic Design & Activism

Beginning on April 20th, 1 Freedom will be holding a 4week "Graphic Design & Activism" workshop for youth. Young Activists will learn graphic design skills to create social justice visual designs to mobilize communities and showcase the work of 1 Freedom to end food insecurity in the South Bronx and throughout NYC.

Youth Code NYC

Don’t know how to code, but want to learn how? Take this class. It covers a detailed introduction to coding. No prior knowledge required. We’ll help you develop foundational skills like problem-solving and critical thinking. And open up a whole new world with coding. Register by April 6th!

The Social Lens Project COMING SOON….

Partnering with local, Bronx-native film makers & Photographers, we teach youth about the science of film making and Photography. We also use this program to host movie nights and Photo Galleries made by local filmmakers and our own youth activists.
